Lead Floor Care Technician at Marsden South
Shift: Monday to Friday and some weekends as needed. Hours: 4:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
Full-time, 40 hours a week.
Hourly Rate: $15
Location: Freeport, Texas
Requirements:
You must be 18 years old
You must have work authorization
You must have an active driver’s license
You must pass multiple safety tests
You must be able to drive to different sites.
A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
Directly oversee and manage employees to ensure optimal performance and adherence to operational standards.
Review, delegate, mentor, and assist team members in completing tasks efficiently.
Perform proper techniques of scheduled floor care and preparation of areas to be cleaned, scrubbed, buffed, stripped, refinished, waxed, or sealed as well as carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including but not limited to floor buffers/burnishes, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment.
Provide shift coverage when necessary to maintain continuity of operations.
Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
