We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented professional with a background in sales (B2B or B2C) who is interested in transitioning into legal recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship-building and enjoys engaging with people daily.

We are now looking to expand our NYC team with a dynamic individual who is eager to transition into recruitment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales with a passion for working with people. We are very open to background. For example, you may be working in a business to business role in an SDR, ISR, OSR, AE or BDM role, or you may have a background as a business to consumer sales associate or sales representative across any field – retail, e-commerce, telecoms, real estate etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for making outbound calls and engaging with professionals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals across different personality types and backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient; able to handle high-volume work and rejection.
- Competitive mindset (e.g., experience in competitive sports is a plus), entrepreneurial drive, and strong organizational skills.
- Interest in long-term career progression within recruitment.
Role responsibilities:
- Source and engage legal professionals (lawyers) for law firm clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Develop strong relationships with lawyers, understanding their career goals and matching them to suitable opportunities.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and LinkedIn to attract top talent.
- Over time, progress to a "360 recruiter" role, managing relationships not only with lawyers but also with law firm clients (partners, internal recruiters, and hiring managers).
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires motivation, resilience, and excellent organization.
