Provides technical assistance to computer users. Answers questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing. Provides executive-level support across campus. Serves as a tier 2 technician to support all tier 1 technicians. Provides Mac support as well as pc support.
Salary Range $38,722 - $50,339: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Salary Type Salary Time Type Full-Time Work Location MU - Marshall University

- Work week is 37.5 hrs.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years experience with customer service in a help desk setting. Mac support and PC support.
