Marshall University’s Advanced Manufacturing Center (MAMC) is accepting resumes for a Workforce Recruiter & Student Support Specialist. MAMC proudly serves more than 300 companies per year and trains nearly 1,000 people per year. Our rapidly growing academic programs are in need of additional support.This position will provide overall regional (WV and contiguous states) outreach to industrial clients and student recruiting; developing local, regional and national recruiting strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruitment and marketing ideas; attaining annual enrollment levels established by MAMC; working to enhance the identity of MAMC and its mission of providing industry-focused technical assistance and customized training to manufacturers and entrepreneurs; serving as a college liaison, maintaining records, and providing student support services for students enrolled in career skills programs through our close college partnerships. Travel is requiredSalary ranges with commensurate education and experience starting at $40,000.
