Job description
- Perform initial assessments, update assessments, and evaluate the quality of care for patients.
- Creating care plans for residents. These plans include short-term and long-term goals for improvement.
- Maintaining medical records enter medical codes and ensure that medical records are accurate.
- Ensuring the facility is compliant with Medicare and Medicaid funding requirements by completing paperwork correctly and consistently.
- Work with the rest of the care team to ensure patients receive high-quality care. They also meet with families, caretakers, and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
