The Job:
- Assist with pre-renewal preparations by gathering eligibility reports, employee census data, and medical questionnaires
- Manage the quoting process, including sending out requests for proposals, tracking carrier responses, and ensuring accuracy in proposals
- Prepare benefits presentations by compiling and reviewing competitive proposals, contribution strategies, and client-facing materials
- Support implementation efforts by confirming plan selections, tracking compensation details, and maintaining accurate records in agency systems
- Monitor off-cycle renewal preparations, including requesting claims data and preparing mid-year reviews
- Maintain organized documentation and assist with special projects related to benefits administration
