">Job Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team. This individual will be responsible for safely and efficiently supervising onsite operational activities, including pit and/or plant production, plant maintenance, and mobile equipment operations.

- Supervise onsite operational activities to ensure safe and efficient production. ">
- Lead and develop team members to achieve business objectives. ">
- Implement safety initiatives and environmental processes and regulations. ">
- Plan and manage quarry production, maintenance and salary costs to meet business goals. ">
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil), Business, or equivalent experience. ">
- 2 years' experience in aggregate operations with understanding of mineral processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment. ">
- Minimum 1-year of supervisory experience in a mining environment. ">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ">
- Ability to work flexible schedule as required; including nights and weekends. ">
