What You’ll Do :
Coordinate work orders : Manage and prioritize work orders as they transition into production, ensuring timely and efficient workflow alignment with production schedules.
Monitor inventory levels : Track and maintain inventory according to established manufacturing forecasts to meet production demands and prevent shortages or excess stock.
Support production team : Perform general clerical tasks, including documentation and data entry, to support the production team and maintain organized records.
Assist as needed : Support additional tasks or assist other departments as required to facilitate smooth production operations.
What You’ll Bring :
Manufacturing experience : 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in planning, purchasing, production control, or expediting.
Technical proficiency : Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Communication skills : Excellent English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
Organizational abilities : Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong clerical skills for managing documentation and workflows.
Multitasking in dynamic environments : Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Confidentiality : Skilled at managing sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Team collaboration : Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective working relationships.
Work environment adaptability : Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
Safety compliance : Ability to use and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Your Schedule :
- 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM
