- Provide medical advice and support to residents and their families
- Administer medication and treatments as required
- Document resident care services in accordance with facility policies
- Protect residents and staff from infection through adherence to infection control protocols
- Resolve resident problems and needs through effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for resident privacy
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care experience preferred
