What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCH Store Janitorial Department Lead position at Marukai Corporation?
Tokyo Central PCH is looking for a leader for our janitorial department. Previous supervisory experience required. Basic computer and handyman skills a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
• Directly perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain a spotless and organized environment of the store.
• Supervise and assist with routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good condition.
• Regularly inspect the property to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
• Report any significant maintenance concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Assist store managers with any ad hoc related tasks
• Plan, communicate, and monitor employee work schedules, and ensure team members work efficiency and taking rests properly.
• Follow the employee handbook at all times, especially on service standards and appearance.
• At all times, meets and exceeds Tokyo Central store standards in service, quality, and cleanliness.
