Job Summary :

We are hiring a Remote Hotel Loyalty Program Coordinator to manage guest rewards and ensure members receive excellent service. You will handle enrollment, point tracking, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enroll new members into the hotel's loyalty program.
  • Assist guests with redeeming rewards and tracking points.
  • Promote loyalty benefits and exclusive member offers.
  • Resolve member concerns related to program rules and point discrepancies.
  • Analyze program performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements :

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of loyalty programs and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
