Job Overview
As a Receptionist/Secretary at our ready-mix concrete supplier company, you will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and partners. You will manage communications, support administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, customers, and suppliers warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, providing information about products, services, and order statuses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deliveries.
- Provide updates on order processing, delivery schedules, and availability of products.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to multitask effectively.
