**Key Responsibilities**
As a Director of Technical Operations, you will be responsible for providing leadership, project management, and technical oversight for engineering, GIS, and environmental projects, operations, activities, and services. This includes supervising project teams, which may include engineers, environmental specialists, and GIS technical staff.
You will also be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, strategic vision and leadership, preparing proposals, tracking project budgets, and creating and distributing project invoices.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, geography, GIS technology, environmental science, cartography, computer science, project management, business/finance, or a related field. Additionally, they must have 8 years of applicable experience in engineering, GIS, or environmental site assessment and remediation.
