What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Call Center Representative position at Maryland Healthcare Clinics?
MHC Healthcare is hiring a Call Center Representative to help with Inbound calls. You will handle inbound calls from patients, listen to their needs, and provide helpful solutions to their problems.
You must be patient, have active listening skills, and be able to manage large volumes of inbound calls. An ideal candidate would be fluent in Spanish and English (but not required) with strong phone and verbal communication skills. IF you are Bilingual- Please let me know!
All necessary training will be provided. The call center is located in Randallstown, MD and is an in-person position. Previous experience in a customer support role is helpful but not required.

Schedule: 10:00am - 6:30pm (flexible hours within this timeframe). Most clinics are open Monday-Friday. No nights or weekends.
