The Panther Group is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Call Center Representative to partner up with a well-known client of ours in Middle River, MD. This position is fully remote after 6-8 weeks of onsite training in Middle River, MD. This is a contract to hire opportunity with competitive pay.

Bilingual Call Center Representative Job Duties :

  • Process telephone inquiries
  • Send information / applications to customer if required.
  • Perform account maintenance
  • Update demographic info

Bilingual Call Center Representative Job Requirements :

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or the equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Background check and drug screen required

    • Pay for Spanish / English : $18.50
