What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at Maryland Healthcare Clinics?
MHC Healthcare is hiring a Call Center Representative to help with Inbound calls. You will handle inbound calls from patients, listen to their needs, and provide helpful solutions to their problems. This is an In-Person role at our brand new call center in Reisterstown, MD.
You must be patient, have active listening skills, and be able to manage large volumes of inbound calls. An ideal candidate would be fluent in Spanish and English (but not required) with strong phone and verbal communication skills. IF you are Bilingual- Please let me know!
All necessary training will be provided. Previous experience in a customer support role is helpful but not required.
MHC Healthcare has been in business for over thirty years and has just about 80 clinic locations. We pride ourselves on having strong relationships with our patients and colleagues. We are committed to solving any complaints or inquiries, and keeping patient satisfaction at the core of ever decision.
Schedule: 10:00am - 6:30pm (flexible hours within this timeframe). Most clinics are open Monday-Friday. No nights or weekends.
