Customer Service Associate Opportunity
Masis Staffing Solutions is a leading staffing agency, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and working closely with our sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, respond to inquiries, and determine customer needs.
- Assist customers with orders, provide navigation assistance on our company website, and support lab customers with product usage.
- Prepare and enter customer orders, coordinate literature requests, and issue credit and rebills as needed.
- Work collaboratively with Technical Field Sales and Inside Sales Account Managers to resolve customer queries.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is essential. Product-related experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication, telephone, computer, and data entry skills are required.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
