Job Summary
Mass General Brigham Digital is seeking an Sr. IGA Engineer responsible for implementing secure, scalable, and automated solutions for identity lifecycle management, role-based access controls (RBAC), access provisioning, access certification, and access analytics. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of IGA best practices and has experience leading implementations of Saviynt or similar IGA platforms (SailPoint, OIM, One Identity, etc.).

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of IGA best practices and has experience leading implementations of Saviynt or similar IGA platforms (SailPoint, OIM, One Identity, etc.).
Qualifications
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IGA solutions for identity onboarding, access provisioning, entitlements, role management, access reviews, and offboarding.
- Establish and enforce identity governance procedures to ensure the appropriate use and protection of enterprise resources.
- Collaborate with vendors and other MGB teams to integrate the IGA platform with upstream and downstream systems.
- Drive continuous enhancement and optimization of existing IGA/IAM systems and workflows.
- Develop documentation, including architecture diagrams, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience designing and implementing enterprise-level IGA solutions
- Deep knowledge of IGA concepts, technologies, and best practices
- Expertise in the build and configuration of IGA tools platforms, preferably Saviynt
- Experience building secure application integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, flat-file, SQL)
- Knowledge of access governance for cloud-service providers (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform)
- Understanding of authentication and directory solutions including Active Directory, Okta, SAML, OAuth
- Experience leading successful IGA projects.
