The Murdock Mentor Program is a new initiative that provides specialized and tailored mentorship by Juniors for Sophomores. The role of the Murdock Mentor Program Coordinator is to work with the executive coordinator to develop programming and coordinate events, assist with administrative and logistical tasks, and support the mentors. The program coordinator will play a key role in the development and launch of this new MCLA student-based program.

Job Requirements:
Creative and enjoy planning

Interest in helping build a new MCLA program that provides both leadership opportunities AND supports students

Be a Sophomore or Junior (or similar number of credits) at the start of the Fall 25 academic semester

Be available this Spring semester and the Fall 25 and Spring 26 academic year

Good academic standing

This position is only open to current MCLA students.
