Reporting to the Manager, Intelligent Automation, the DevOps Applications Analyst I is a key role that supports and maintains operational RPA processes in the organization. This role involves monitoring process runs, resolving issues, and implementing small changes to improve efficiency and reduce exceptions.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field required.

Experience

Related IT experience, ideally in a healthcare IT environment, 0-1 year required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to document workflows and business processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
  • An understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram.
  • Solid end-user computing skills; for example, intermediate spreadsheet user or similar. Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases is advantageous but not essential.
  • The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind.
  • Time management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple automations.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
  • Experience creating and modifying Power BI reports preferred.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow preferred.
