Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage all phases of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
- Recruiting and Hiring: Oversee recruiting processes and partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies.
- Benefits Administration: Administer MMWEC's health and wellness programs, employee leaves, Worker's Compensation, and other workplace-related programs.
You will also provide day-to-day HR support to all employees, develop, implement, and administer HR programs aligned with overall business strategy, maintain, develop, and ensure compliance with company policies, monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, employment laws and employee relations, and coordinate and provide mandatory training on workplace practices.
