Who we are: Massage Envy is the #1 provider of massage and skincare services across the Nation! Our membership offers affordable and customizable massage sessions, Total Body Stretch sessions, healthy skin facials, Chemical Treatments, Microderm Infusion, LiteStem, Dermaplaning, Oxygenating Treatments, Hydrafacials, and a variety of enhanced therapies including CBD. We have been established in South OC since 2008 and our clinics are some of the top performing in the region. We own the Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo South and Lake Forest clinics, servicing over 10 cities with over 5,000 members! As a part of the management team, you will take the role of running all operations for your location. You will learn the ins and outs of the business and assist with the HR, Performance, Compliance and Operations. You will be responsible for operating the systems of the business and driving key metrics to reach business goals. What a day looks like
- Over the phone and in-person customer service interactions; problem solving and creating solutions during escalated customer service issues
- Presenting and SELLING the wellness program; maintaining a personal sales closing of 30% and a clinic sales closing of 30%
- Managing booking efficiencies for Massage Therapist and Esthetician schedules
- Manage inventory processes
- Building empathetic relationships and connections with clients & employees
- 1 on 1 meetings with employees regarding performance, goals, client feedback, etc.
- Accepting constructive feedback in a professional manner that promotes growth
- Training employees on all current service offerings and promotions
- Clinic maintenance walkthroughs
- Assisting in Massage Envy Corporate Compliance
- Assisting Clinic Management and Operations Team with additional roll-outs and initiatives
What we require of this position
- The ability and willingness to work 40 hours per week (overtime pay)
- Open availability that parallels the business' hours of operation
- Consistently working at least 1 of the weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday)
