Receptionist

Massage Studio of Kansas City is hiring a receptionist for our midtown location. We have a Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday position available. 35-40 hours available for the right candidate

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.

Paid weekly!

Duties of our receptionist include:

• Assisting clients in the check-in process.
• Great customer service & communication skills.
• Checking out appointments and collecting payments.
• Assisting clients in rebooking.
• Managing client appointments through our booking system.
• Organizing & assigning treatment rooms for providers.
• Studio cleaning & organization.
• Wash studio blankets.
• Booking appointments over the phone.
• Confirming appointments.
• Returning missed calls.
• Communicating effectively with providers about their appointments.
• Enforcing all company policies and procedures with staff.
• Setting up all add on supplies for therapists and disinfecting massage tools.
• Assist providers in changing massage tables in between clients and make sure treatment rooms are setup correctly.
• Coordinate bookings with mobile providers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
