Job Summary
Ski Area Guest Services Cashiers are responsible for providing front line assistance to ski area guests by assisting with ticket purchases, reservations, and troubleshooting guest concerns. This includes assisting with activity bookings and modifications, providing resort information regarding activities, amenities, and dispensing advice regarding the local area.
Candidate must possess and demonstrate good communication and social skills. They should be empathetic and a true problem-solver committed to ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The ability to be firm, but polite, in enforcing resort policies is essential for this position.
We are currently hiring candidates with weekend availability only. Opportunities for additional hours are possible, but will be extremely limited. This is an excellent opportunity for full-time students or employees to work at the resort for ski season, and includes all the perks of being a Massanutten employee.
This position continues through our winter season only, mid-November through mid-March.

Core Responsibilities
- Assist guests with ticket purchases, refunds, concerns, and questions
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all resort guests, both on and off property, in-person, and over the phone
- Handle and accurately account for large sums of money
- Escalate issues and accurately communicate relevant information to supervisors
- Other duties as assigned by management
