Job Summary
The primary focus of the position is interacting with guests one-on-one. Position requires excellent customer service, great attitude, outgoing personality, and a working knowledge of the ski area, resort operations, and the surrounding area. Ensure all owners and guests are serviced in a courteous and timely manner. Position requires that an employee stand for long periods of time outside with physical requirements such as stooping, bending, shoveling snow, ice removal, and walking in various conditions.

Core Responsibilities
- Maintain crowd control in ticket area and rental area as needed
- Interact with guests including things like answering questions and assisting with complaints and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of the ski area grounds with trash and snow removal
- Adhere to enforcing resort policies while being polite yet firm
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies and practices
- Other duties assigned by management
This seasonal position runs from December through mid-March concurrent with our ski season operations.
