Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant
Massey Services, Inc., a nationally renowned industry leader has a unique opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant. Immediate responsibilities include all aspects of travel arrangements, correspondence and reports. Serves as support for our Quality Assurance Department Directors. Will work closely with other Executive Administrators to organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports, documents and a wide range of clerical tasks including managing calendars and printing training materials.
Summary of job responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintaining and updating calendars
- Answering the phone, taking messages,
- Monitor, screen, relay incoming communications
- Generate Reports & Analyses in Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and customers.
- Assisting our field personnel and vendors with General Liability Claims
- Monitoring GL claims including weekly reports delivered timely.
- Generating Purchase Orders using Microsoft D365 and compiling claim packets.
- Ensuring all Company Policies and Procedures are followed

Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Shorthand/speed writing preferred.
Minimum 5 years Administrative Support experience
Proficient computer skills in Excel, MS Office Suite Applications
Strong communication skills both verbal & written
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to write professional correspondence
Job Type: Full-time
