Reporting Assistant
Massey Services, Inc. has a great opportunity for the right person to join our Corporate TEAM in the role of Reporting Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented person who will compile and process data from our customer database into Excel spreadsheets. Summary of job functions and duties:
Audit posted data, update summary reports, assist in producing reports, and aid in the printing and distribution to management. Verify completion and accuracy of Daily Operation Report, print, collate, copy, and distribute to management. Assist Reporting Manager with data cleanup.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma (College degree a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, Pivot tables, Lookup formula skills a must.
- Experience in Accounting is a plus.
- Attention to detail/accuracy is required.
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Ability to prioritize your workload in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with standard office equipment (copier, scanner, etc.).
