Job Responsibilities

  • Able to inspect and entire part with minimal assistance
  • Sign off 1st Pcs approving an operation to proceed with production
  • In-process inspection of parts already in production when time allows
  • Can identify and inspect all geometrical dimensioning callouts
  • Be able to run CMM programs that are already created, loaded, and base aligned (load part

onto CMM & run the program)

  • Generate list of overdue equipment for calibration
  • Able to send gages out for calibration
  • Able to calibrate gages not limited to
  • Calipers
  • Gage Pins
  • Micrometers
  • Drop Indicators
  • Understanding and assisting in controlling the Process Control of parts and processes of the

    • manufacturing procedures

  • Work closely with setup and lead personnel on the shop floor to maintain quality of product
  • Work with Quality Manager to assist with CAPA¿s and SCAR¿s

    • Experince and Education

  • High school diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience preferred
  • Trade school a plus
  • JobBoss knowledge preferred
