Job Summary
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for visiting clients' offices, recording high-quality content based on scripts and creative direction, and ensuring each piece aligns with the client's brand identity. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical video skills, and strategic thinking to produce engaging short-form and long-form content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients' offices to film high-quality video content (interviews, behind-the-scenes, educational content, promotional videos, etc.).
- Follow provided scripts and creative briefs to capture compelling and strategic content.
- Direct clients on how to present themselves on camera to ensure natural and engaging delivery.
- Upload content to client's drive.
- Stay up to date with current trends, viral content, and platform algorithms to optimize engagement.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to ensure content aligns with branding and marketing goals.
- Organize and manage content assets, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
- Experiment with different video styles, effects, and storytelling techniques to improve engagement and reach.
Requirements
- Experience in content creation, videography, or social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to shoot high-quality videos using a smartphone or professional camera.
- Understanding of lighting, framing, and camera angles to capture professional-looking shots.
- Comfortable with directing clients and helping them feel at ease on camera.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with brands or agencies in a similar role.
On-camera presence or experience coaching others on-camera.
Knowledge of social media analytics and trends to improve engagement.
Reliable transportation (for visiting clients' locations).

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $19.62 - $22.79 per hour
