Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in developing standard ITconfiguration and asset management methodology
- Develop CMDB policy, processes, andknowledge base
- Conduct reporting on configuration auditsand reconciliation
- Maintains CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy andcompleteness
- Drives visibility on process adherenceand compliance improvement opportunities
- Works with other ITSM processes tounderstand new requirements and identify how Configuration management cansupport or replace
- Support and administer the tool forconfiguration and asset management, ServiceNow Discovery, and additionalapplications or modules as assigned
- Conduct discovery workshops to uncoverand consolidate disparate data sources while managing the expected businessoutcomes, use cases, the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM), andplatform governance
- Create and document requirements forefficient process design that includes self-service options with limited manualeffort
- Manage the operational integration andcentralization of IT Asset Management processes, such as requests andprocurement, reports and dashboards, data accuracy/integrity, and extending thescope of Asset Management
- Demonstrate experience in implementingand managing ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Hardware and Software Asset Managementprocesses, procedures, and governance
- Draft technical process documentation
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field,
Associate degree in computer science with relevant work experience,
ITIL Foundation Certification,
ServiceNow Administration Certification,
Recent ServiceNow experience in core platform support
development activities,
in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery),
Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM
