Contracts Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to execution and compliance. The Contracts Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that all contractual agreements align with company policies and legal requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
General duties include without limitation:
- Draft, review, and redline contracts, amendments, renewals, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand contract requirements and redline terms to align with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all contracts.
- Analyze contracts to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
- Ensure effective billing management in compliance with contractual requirements.
- Recognize and assist with resolving contractual insurance deficiencies.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on contract-related matters.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least two years of experience in a comparable position, demonstrating substantial expertise and knowledge in contract management.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment; prioritizing competing assignments with excellent time management and meeting all deadlines
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Ability to interpret complex contracts, regulations, and requirements
- Effective negotiation skills
- Exhibit excellent customer service, presentation skills, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adjust to evolving regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures.
