We are searching for an experienced Account Executive at our Anchorage AC 2525 Gambell STE 415 facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Account Executive Enterprise Sales manager will direct Enterprise Sales for both MTA and Alasconnect business customers. The key objective of the Account Executive is to cultivate and grow incremental and new sales for the company while simultaneously reducing customer turnover. He/she will do this by fostering a culture of high-energy sales coupled with expert customer and technical support.
SPECIFIC TASK DESCRIPTION
- Develop and expand corporate client portfolios and client relationships through networking and marketing
- Assess client business challenges and make recommendations for solutions
- Develop budgets and timelines for clients
- Make product and services sales calls to existing and potential clients
- Create comprehensive strategy for developing a pipeline of leads
- Maintain prospective client lists in database
- Work closely with internal teams to create strategies that meet client needs outside of the standard legacy offerings
- Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
- Work closely with all teams to ensure on-going client satisfaction
- Maintain working knowledge of all products and services offered by the organizations
- Create and update territory and/or account plans to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with MTA to offer customers transport and broadband services
- Other dues as assigned
Required Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
5 years business-to-business sales experience with quotas. 2-year telecommunications or MSP Sales experience. Knowledge of local telcom/MSP market.
