Job Overview
This role is responsible for establishing new business opportunities and expanding existing ones within the designated territory. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to contribute to the growth and success of MATHESON.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Conducting needs assessments and offering customized solutions
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and other performance metrics
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales; preferably in industrial gases/propane/welding supplies/safety supplies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A proven track record in sales development & account management
- Understanding of profit margins and effective quoting
- Professional presentation skills
