This role manages all incoming and outgoing mail for the corporate Texas office. This is a key member of the team at corporate backing up several functions. |

Prepare and Scan AP Invoices –

Process Outgoing and Incoming Office Mail |
Sign for incoming
packages and distribute to appropriate People and/or Locations |
Work in Kofax Quality Control
and Validation as assigned |
Vendor Setup – Backup |
Receptionist – Backup for
vacations, breaks, sick days, etc. |
Work in Onbase as assigned. |
Work the expense report help
email to setup employees |
Document Control position –
backup for vacations, sick days, etc. |
Other AP department assistance
tasks and projects |
Various other tasks as needed |
Credit Applications – prepare and provide to vendors with appropriate signatures as needed |
