You are an ambitious, self-starting leader with deep experience in sales and a proven track record of driving growth. You thrive in building from the ground up, turning founder-led sales into scalable systems, and developing trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.

You are comfortable hunting for new opportunities, closing transformative deals, and building the foundation of a practice area that will shape Matic’s future. You understand how to tackle complex challenges with creative solutions and know how to make a direct impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Establish sales processes:
    • Build a repeatable, scalable sales framework to transition Matic from founder-led to team-driven sales.
    • Define KPIs, CRM workflows, and reporting mechanisms to track and optimize performance.
  • Drive new client growth:
    • Identify and engage decision-makers in startups and enterprises facing complex transformation challenges.
    • Surface new opportunities through strategic outreach, partnerships, and networking.
  • Build and own the sales pipeline:
    • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals.
    • Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and track progress.
  • Collaborate with teams:
    • Partner with marketing to provide insights into client needs and market trends.
    • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and foster account growth.
  • Meet revenue goals:
    • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with project teams to expand client relationships and unlock additional revenue opportunities.
What You Bring
  • Experience (mandatory):
    • 7 years of sales experience in strategic services, digital transformation, or creative agency environments.
    • Proven ability to close six- and seven-figure deals with startups and enterprises.
  • Strategic thinking:
    • Expertise in consultative selling, developing tailored solutions, and understanding client needs.
    • Ability to identify new opportunities and position Matic’s offerings effectively.
  • Operational excellence:
    • Experience building sales processes, managing CRMs, and analyzing pipeline data.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Soft skills:
    • Stellar communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment.

    • Base salary commission with uncapped earning potential, performance bonuses, and opportunities for growth.
*Compensation
  • Salary & compensation: $330,000 annually, based on a blended compensation package of base salary, benefits, and performance-based commission targets.
  • Base salary: Starting at $80,000/year
  • Earning potential: 8% of all new business revenue for new client acquisition and 3% of ongoing incentives for expanding client relationships.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including responsible PTO policy, health and dental.
