Summary:
The HR Generalist will have a well-rounded role in all aspects of the Human Resources Department. This position will work closely with the HR Manager to enhance the department's goals.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding
- Place job ads, recruit, interview, and facilitate onboarding. Work with department leaders to understand needs.
- Update job descriptions as needed.
Training
- Update training records and work with managers to ensure their employees are up to date on any training needs.
Payroll
- Verify hours each week of hourly personnel
- Track vacation hours and points
Benefits
- Enroll, terminate, or update any information to all insurance plans
- Assist with conducting open enrollment meetings.
Skills and Requirements
- An understanding of Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits practices
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
