Payroll Specialist, ADP, union, 100 ee payroll accounting/admin duties (4 days/Tacoma):
New Payroll Specialist opportunity for a large, successful marine services company in Tacoma. Newly created role to help manage an operating company payroll, ~100 ee’s, union, weekly and bi-weekly payroll, 2 states (East Coast). Additionally, the Payroll Specialist will help with other administrative duties; Concur (T&E) administrator, order/process credit cards, manage titles for trailers and ships. Ideal for 2 years experience in payroll, union experience a big plus, ADP, comp range to $60K bonus, great benefits, 4 days a week onsite in Tacoma, free parking.
