The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling confidential information, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary
- Manage emails and correspondence on behalf of the executive team
- Provide support for special projects as needed
- Ability to learn and adapt to the use of multiple software and data platforms
Requirements:
- Preferred College Degree in related field
- 2 years of experience as an Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
