Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Human Resources personnel to work within our HR department and support our workforce. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Conduct corrective action meetings, address employee relations issues, and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations and update policies and procedures, as necessary.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Update and maintain employee benefits programs and collaborate with external vendors as needed.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 2 years in a HR role, with a strong understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
