Full benefit package. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our accounting processes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process Daily deposits
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and update vendor information as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice issues and inquiries
**Requirements:**
- Prior Automotive experience in accounts payable or related field
- Familiarity with debits, credits, and financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on technical accounting concepts
- Excellent communication skills to interact
