The Junior Parts Coordinator - Tanks, a member of the Supply Chain Team, processes requests for IFS Part Updates, designed to maintain the part number and bill of material integrity. The role is responsible for ensuring all requests are processed accurately and on time, within an appropriate part management environment within our IFS ERP. They will work with the Parts Coordinator to understand the various part types and how they are created and maintained

DUTIES:
A- HSE Leadership:
- All employhees are tasked with being HSE leaders within the organization, driving Mattr's Incident & Injury Free (IIF) expectations, with focus on identifying and eliminating risk. Ensure HSE prioritized above all in the execution of projects and hold colleagues and 3rd parties accountable to do the same. An active participant in building and sustaining the HSE culture at Mattr."
- Work closely with the Parts Coordinator to understand all part types and configurator componets and their relationship.
- Understand data required to maintain accurate parts and update sequence.
- Complete assigned, detailed tasks, to update parts and configurator.
- Support internal research and review.
- Support Operations, Design and Product Engineering groups with part queries and configuration review. Understand and use the IFS ERP system screens to research and pull necessary data. Prepare data in Excel formats for presentation to requestors"
- Minimum High School Education.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience.
- Experience & knowledge of ERP / MRP systems and best practices (ideally IFS) is an asset.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office - with focus in Excel).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and methodologies is an asset.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with ability to focus on the task at hand and consistently deliver error free results.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Fluent in English.
