Job Duties Include:
- Answering phones and screening incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greeting and checking in patients and ensuring that they are comfortable in the waiting area.
- Manage and oversee the direction and flow of patients to ensure the daily schedule runs efficiently and on time.
- Ensuring patient information is updated and complete in EMR (electronic medical record)
- Keeping the front reception area organized, clean, and well stocked.
- Checking out patients and processing payments
- Assisting in confirming patient appointments
Job Requirements:
- Prior work as receptionist or patient coordinator in medical clinic.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines without supervision.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent customer service skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Desire and ability help maintain a pleasant, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Prior experience working in a medical clinic setting is required.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming at all times.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
