MAUMEE CITY SCHOOLS Notice of Administrative Vacancy POSITION AVAILABLE: Assistant Superintendent EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full - Time MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Ohio Superintendent Certificate Minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience. Preferred at least three (3) years as a building principal and three (3) years of teaching experience. Proven ability to work effectively in a management team configuration. Demonstrated expertise in management, human relations, and instructional leadership. OTES and OPES credentials are required. Valid driver’s license. JOB DESCRIPTION: See attached (Assistant Superintendent - Locator Index:1.04) GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Superintendent serves as a key member of the district’s leadership team, supporting the Superintendent by providing strategic direction, operation oversight, and instructional leadership. This position manages personnel, directs district operations, and fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence to ensure the success of all students.
