Construction/Roofing Estimator – Join Maven Roofing!

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Roofing/Construction Estimator to join our team in-house at our Hampstead, NC office. This role is crucial in preparing accurate roofing estimates and supporting the sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Analyze project scopes and prepare detailed estimates for residential and commercial roofing jobs.
✅ Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless project handoff.
✅ Communicate effectively with homeowners and stakeholders regarding pricing and project scope.
✅ Utilize estimating software and company tools to generate accurate job cost breakdowns.
✅ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, labor costs, and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in roofing or construction estimating.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex scopes of work.
✔️ Familiarity with Xactimate, Hover, Roof.Link, Zuper or similar estimating software (a plus).
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with sales reps, homeowners, and stakeholders.
✔️ Ability to work in-house at our Hampstead office with a collaborative team.
✔️ Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
