What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing sales and service operations, ensuring team alignment with company goals.
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leading a team of technicians, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
- Managing budgets and financial performance of the electrical service/sales department.
- Implementing strategies to boost sales while maintaining high service standards.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
