Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams to drive project success and identify process improvements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and post -project evaluations.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings and facilitate problem-solving sessions.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in power solutions or electrical equipment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to (50) fifty pounds.
- You must wear safety gear, such as goggles, steel toed shoes when on production floor.
Work Environment:
May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
