We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including data entry, invoicing, and collections. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily bank deposits
- AR and AP data entry/invoicing
- Good working knowledge of basic Excel and excel formulas
- Good basic math skills
- Mail processing
- Gather information to prepare and send invoices with correct shipping and sales tax charges
- Resolve customer issues by email and phone
- Facilitate payment of invoices by contacting customers via phone and email
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work within a team environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks
- Experience with double entry bookkeeping and financial statement preparation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with financial report writing and interpretation
- Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
