Pay:
- This role offers a competitive compensation package, with total earnings-including base salary, commissions, and bonuses-expected to range between $80K–$120K annually.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES REP:
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, but the schedule will vary depending on the trade shows and events you attend. Some weekends, you'll be working 1-day events lasting 4 hours, while other weekends may include 3-day events of 8 hours each. The schedule will combine in-office hours with time spent in the field, engaging in exciting events and delivering presentations. Flexibility is key, and you'll need to be comfortable working weekends as part of your role.
YOUR ROLE AS OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES REP:
As our Business Development and Sales Rep, your day will be filled with exciting, high-impact activities. You'll take charge of working trade shows and events, engaging potential clients, and delivering lunch and learns that highlight our offerings. You'll be responsible for cold-calling prospects, building strong relationships with key managers and influencers, and developing new business opportunities. Your goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of Max Health through your dedication to winning new business and maintaining client relationships. Each day will bring a new opportunity to shine, whether you're working the floor at an event or strategizing your next big win!
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
- Sales experience
- Flexibility to work weekends
Experience working trade shows or delivering lunch and learns is preferred but not required!
