Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments or individuals
- Greet customers and provide them with superior customer service
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and ordering office supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments for management and sales staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer and employee information
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings

Qualifications:
