As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the intake and delivery of integrated disability services, promoting independence in the community and at work. You will work closely with individuals with diverse permanent disabilities, developing efficient strategies for engaging participants and leading to positive outcomes. Your expertise in the NDIS and its core principles will ensure that our customers receive tailored support that meets their unique needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply knowledge of the NDIS and its core principles to deliver high-quality support to customers.* Work collaboratively with individuals with diverse permanent disabilities to develop personalized plans and strategies.* Manage the intake and delivery of integrated disability services, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and other service providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal communication and sales skills, as well as an empathetic approach and ability to build trust and rapport. A high level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility are also essential. You will require experience in Disability Services or equivalent qualifications, as well as a current driver's license, Working with Children Check, and NDIS clearance. Furthermore, you will need to hold a degree in a relevant field, such as social work or disability studies.
